Last updated: 11 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Puure Digital's website and services. By engaging with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Puure Digital Ltd, The Union Building, 51–59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. Contact: max@puuredigital.co.uk
2. Services
Puure Digital provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, video production, social media management, web design, SEO, and lead generation systems. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Payment
- Fees are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
- Ad spend is separate from our management fee and is paid directly by the client to the relevant platform.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Intellectual property
All creative work produced by Puure Digital (ad copy, video content, landing pages) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you.
You grant us permission to use project outputs as portfolio examples and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and access to required accounts promptly.
- Review and approve creative materials within agreed timescales.
- Ensure you have the necessary rights to any materials you supply to us.
6. Results and guarantees
We work hard to deliver strong results and stand behind our process. However, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, ad platform changes). We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Any fees accrued up to the notice date remain payable.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
